My dad is my superhero and this posting is for him. He always gives the doctor a hard time. He says it's because they ask him the same set of questions every time, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. What is your address? What's your birthday? How old are you? What type of medication are you taking? He tells them the information is on his chart. So now he always gives them a smart remark. Here he is going for a checkup.

Crack Party

Funny how when you grow older the parties you attend change. Back in the day you might have attended a crack party, but maybe a little different kind of crack party for some. This is at one such party and my brother-in-law's comment. The kids were all swimming and kids don't care if their swim suit falls down they are just busy playing.

Have you ever been to Tijuana, Mexico and had to go to the bathroom? Just hope you don't have to do number 2. This is what happened on one of those trips with my sister-in-law and bother-in- law. Just hope next time it not you :-)

Drunk in Mexico

Have you ever been around someone who has had too much too drink? You know they say the darn est things. I don't need much to drink and I can say the darn est things. My kids never let me live this day down. We were in Ixtapa and they had live parrots at almost every restaurant we went to, even this restaurant, but they also had those plastic ones that Mexico is famous for. Well here I go asking a really dumb question and of course my kids just laugh.

Beauty Sleep

The things we boomers girls do to look pretty. We women need a little extra sleep so we look refreshed in the morning and our eyes don't look so tired. I know you women will understand this and it's typical of most men don't you think?
